One of Alicia's favorite parts of working at Comscore is the ability to facilitate activities for the company’s Professional Women in Business Group. Together, the team supports females in the industry by coordinating networking events with other local women’s groups, offering mentorship programs, volunteering in the community, and participating in nonprofit fundraisers. Alicia appreciates the opportunity to not only empower women, but also train better leaders for the future.
Alicia feels extremely aligned with Comscore’s company values, especially integrity and accountability. These two ideals allow her to understand exactly what’s expected of her and what she can expect of everyone else. Since the organization only hires those that can uphold these standards, Alicia knows that she can count on her co-workers to work just as hard as she does to ensure success.

George always gets excited for company hackathons because they give him the opportunity to work on all the innovative ideas that run through his head on a constant basis. He enjoys being able to put responsibility aside for a moment and code cool projects with his friends. George also appreciates that the company will often choose particularly interesting ideas to incorporate into new company products.
In his years at Comscore, George has observed a genuine kindness in his co-workers. If he’s out sick on any given day, his colleagues always check in on him to make sure he’s well and has everything he needs to recover quickly. To George, this small kindness means a lot and makes him feel good about getting back to work with folks who really care.

In Carli’s final year of college, she attended a presentation given by Comscore’s President of Survey Research. Afterward, her professor invited her to join the group for a networking dinner and she decided to accept. Needless to say, Carli had an amazing time, was impressed by the team—who was equally impressed with her—and received a recruitment call the following week.
When Carli came on board, she mentioned to her manager that she was very interested in graphic design—even though it didn’t have a lot to do with the role she was hired to fill. Later, when a project to create a branded insight email template came along, Carli’s manager remembered her desire and assigned the template design to her. She felt thrilled with the opportunity and thankful for such a thoughtful manager.

James is excited each day as he works cross-functionally with a whole slew of in-house teams and clients. His days can start with a morning sales call to India, followed by a troubleshooting session with engineers, and end with a client feedback conversation with a West Coast user. James finds the variety of challenges invigorating.
Originally studying to be an electrical engineer at Stanford, James was in the midst of his sophomore year internship when he realized lab life wasn’t for him. Doubling his major with business, James earned an MBA from Georgetown University, where his professor, the President of the Huffington Post, assigned a revenue analysis project, using Comscore - which earned James a glowing recommendation.

Running the Data Services team means Toby spends much of his time interacting with colleagues and clients across the globe, in addition to helping his team members break through roadblocks. Using Comscore’s data to compile reports, Toby then helps clients – from small startups to major brands – turn data insights into roadmaps to create real, tangible value.
As a business graduate from University of Sheffield, Toby began his career in the PR world, originally joining Comscore in a mixed role, handling both PR and data. Enticed by the secrets of the spreadsheet, Toby quickly found himself favoring data over PR, and has enjoyed delving deeper into data for over 10 years with Comscore. Where he now leads a team of analysts based in multiple European locations.
