Job Title: Ad Operations Specialist (Cross-Platform)
About This Role:
Comscore is looking to hire a full-time ad operations specialist to support cross platform video and display tagging. Ad Operations Specialists are responsible for managing the generation and delivery of advertising tags, monitoring the health of each campaign, and working cross functionally to address and resolve tagging and collections issues in a timely manner.
What You’ll Do:
Perform all duties of ad operations role including reviewing media plans, issuing and creating advertising tags, troubleshooting tagging issues and monitoring data as it comes in for completeness.
Manage multiple advertiser and agency accounts, develop positive working relationships with the media buyers and operations teams at our clients and partners.
Effectively communicate status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues, etc. to client contacts
Perform quality assurance checks and debug issues related to digital data being collected.
Assist with documenting, updating and maintaining trafficking and work-flow procedures for client accounts
Identify workflow inefficiencies and address ideas to improve the ad ops process
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience in Internet Market Research)
Attention to detail, strong organizational and follow-through skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills
Ability to collaborate well with teams and proactively manage multiple tasks
Expert level analytical and problem solving skills
General understanding of digital ad space
